ALLIANCE
RESTORATION COMPANY
Website and Corporate
Presence
This basic but stylized site established a professional
identity for an Edmond-based insurance repair contracting
firm. Simple yet accurate, the website provides information
to both prospective customers and insurance adjustor
contacts. In conjunction with the online creation, a
corporate image was further advanced with the development
of corresponding stationary, clothing, and business
cards. Also, a review of existing processes led to a
series of improvements in A/P and A/R that were put
into practice and documented in the operations manual.

CONNECTSHIP
Sales DB / Corporate Intranet
When I initially joined TanData in 1999, it took almost
two hours to convert a lead into a sales opportunity.
With the development of the online sales database soon
after I arrived, that time was sliced down to a few
minutes. Over time, it was tied to accounting, contracts,
and tech support - for a homegrown CRM package.
Compaq's Desktop Shipping Solution
Compaq had come back to us in 1997, 1999, and 2001 -
each time looking for a comprehensive shipping solution
that would include corporate desktop shipping functionality.
During the 2001 bid, we put together a complete working
corporate desktop solution that impressed them enough
to go with TanData and kept them a happy customer, even
after the subsequent merger with HP.

Wilson's
Leather ASN System
When Wilson's Leather wanted proof of delivery for its
retail stores, we turned around within 48 hours - a fully
functional, SQL-Server driven ASN prototype with online
shipping and tracking capabilities. The prototype not
only won the business but was later adopted and incorporated
into their corporate retail solution.

Online HR Process
Keeping track of vacation and sick leave requests in
addition to producing ad-hoc reports for management
was a full time job - especially after HR was whittled
down to one person who split her time with Accounting.
Developed the application initially for reporting purposes
but it evolved into a online time management process
with online approvals, group calendars, and real-time
reporting.

two minute mini-movies on different product concepts.
Also, worked in conjunction with full-length ConnectShip
Warehouse demonstrations that were developed in Flash.
X25 Database
Online database designed within an 8 hour timeframe to
provide live visibility to ConnectShip sales people and
external UPS sales management on a joint corporate AS400
initative. |
